I had actually come in inquiring about the bike a week earlier, in which John C. was extremely helpful. I didn't realize it to aftewards, but the day I actually bought the bike was his day off, but he came in and made the whole process go smoothly. He explained all the options and introduced me to folks in the clothing, parts, and service. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and actually cared about what was important to me. I've only had it for 2 months, but have already put 5,000 miles on it and had it in for the 1000, 2500, and 5000 mile service. "I asked my family to get me gift certificates to your dealer for my birhday and christmas, everyone did, but in my mothers true fashion she waited until christmas eve morning to order hers online. Shortly after she ordered, she got a phone call from someone at your dealer telling her that if the card was mailed, obviousley I would not have it for christmas, and said that he lived close to my address where she was having it sent and offered to hand deliver it christmas morning! She said no thanks because she wanted it to be a suprise (just her way). I have only been in your dealership once so far, and thought it was great, but after hearing what this guy offered to do.... Thats amazing, you don't find dedicated people, or dedicated service much anymore. THANKS!! See you soon when I come in to spend the gift cards and then some."

I want to take this time to thank Perry, Chris,
Dave, Bob and everyone else who made the purchase of
my first Harley-Davidson a great experience.
I couldn't have asked for more from a dealer than what I
got from you guys.
I had inquired online about a 2006 Black Cherry Duece.
Perry called me back the next day and we worked out plans
to see the bike. I wasn't able to make it that day,
Perry called me again the next week, to come out the
following weekend, which was Fathers Day weekend, for
the demo rides and free food.
I loved the Duece, Perry and Chris got all the paper
work done for me and Dave helped with the pipes,
tach. and other add-ons.
We received a nice tour around the shop and met everyone
from the girls in MotorClothes to the guys in the MotorParts and Service Departments.
Bob, my wife and daughter arranged to have the Duece
secretly delivered to our house. WOW, what a surprise!
You guys are #1 in my book and i will recommend Wild Fire H-D to everyone.

"I recently took my motorcycle to your dealership for some minor repair and was nothing but impressed with the way I was treated. Both Kenny and Ray worked to get me in and out before the rain hit. The previous weekend I took the Riders Edge Class which was one of the most worthwhile classes I have ever taken.
