"Left message to see if a part was in stock. They said they would do a dealer locate and call me back. A few minutes later I received a call saying that you had it in stock. I asked to hold it until the next day when I would be able to drive down from Park Ridge to get it, being it was 5:00pm on a week night, and he said OK. A few minutes later he called me back to say that he lives near Park Ridge and would drop it off after the store closed. About 8:45pm he was at my front door. This is customer service "above and beyond" and I thank you for having such a person on your staff. "

I wanted you to know that when I brought my bike in for work I chose you first after my own dealer because a friend of mine always raves about you. Thank god you were able to help! "I bought my first Harley, a 2007 Electra Glide Ultra Classic at Wildfire, and the experience was wonderful. I had actually come in inquiring about the bike a week earlier, the Sales staff were extremely helpful. I didn't realize it to afterwords, but the day I actually bought the bike was my salesman's day off, but he came in and made the whole process go smoothly. He explained all the options and introduced me to folks in the clothing, parts, and service. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and actually cared about what was important to me. I've only had it for 2 months, but have already put 5,000 miles on it and had it in for the 1000, 2500, and 5000 mile service. "I asked my family to get me gift certificates to your dealer for my birhday and christmas, everyone did, but in my mothers true fashion she waited until christmas eve morning to order hers online. Shortly after she ordered, she got a phone call from someone at your dealer telling her that if the card was mailed, obviousley I would not have it for christmas, and said that he lived close to my address where she was having it sent and offered to hand deliver it christmas morning! "I recently took my motorcycle to your dealership for some minor repair and was nothing but impressed with the way I was treated. Everyone worked to get me in and out before the rain hit.
